MNC with retail and investment footprints across Asia Pacific is seeking for committed professional to join the organisation as Admin Executive in CEO Office!!


Budget for this role: S$4,500


Responsibilities

  • Support CEO on daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks which includes managing an active calendar of appointments; expenses reports; composing and preparing correspondence;
  • Travel arrangement and hotel bookings. Travel documentations and visa preparations. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Liaise and provide administrative support to the board of directors.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics for high-level meetings with both internal, external stakeholders and business partners. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with all relevant department including subsidiary company.
  • Drafts reports, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with working partners.
  • Manage festive giftings, update and generate guest list, private events set up and coordination
  • Convey a professional image at all times, exercising tact and diplomacy in handling a range of situations of differing content and complexity
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent (GCE ‘A’ level holders with relevant experience and exposure may be considered)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured corporate environment, preferably in MNC settings.
  • Presentable and good interpersonal skills, ability to connect and communicate effective with C-suite personnel and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good multi-tasking, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology in meeting management
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to commence with short notice.
