Job posting done by Sheralynn Tjioe, Head of Interim and Contracting Solutions (Technology) Recruitment at Kerry Consulting

Email: [email protected]

My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.

Job Summary:

As the IT Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of designated IT projects, ensuring their coordination and managing interdependencies. This role is essential for maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum across key projects while ensuring their overall integrity and coherence. You will establish and maintain a project environment tailored to each project’s needs, often through an effective project management office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sectors such as Manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, Manufacturing, Distribution, IT applications, Infrastructure, and Operations.

Must have:

Experience in Data Warehouse (ie platform) and MES (manufacturing execution system) software. We also need someone with hands-on Project Management experience, not so much Service Delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project management governance and structure within larger projects, actively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.

Ensure effective quality assurance and maintain the overall integrity of projects, focusing internally on consistency and externally on alignment with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other projects, and corporate standards.

Manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and costs against delivered benefits as projects progress.

Facilitate the selection and assignment of individuals to project teams.

Ensure new products or services from projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget, in accordance with project plans and governance.

Allocate common resources and skills across individual projects.

Manage contributions from third-party entities to projects.

Maintain communications with all stakeholders.

Identify and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Initiate additional activities and management interventions as necessary to address project gaps and emerging issues.

Provide regular progress reports on projects to relevant stakeholders.
