Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies for sales growth and profitability, and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Supervise sales staff and promoters, ensuring they follow company policies and meet sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales areas, fitting rooms, stock rooms, and displays, prioritizing safety.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Effectively schedule staff shifts to optimize productivity.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and manage customer data.
- Support merchandising efforts, control budgets, and analyze stock levels and variety.
- Forecast trends, suggest product mixes and suppliers, and conduct market and competitor research.
- Plan and implement advertising, promotions, and digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement.
- Analyze sales, profits, and inventory budgets, generate reports, and review purchases while ensuring safety measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
- Must have knowledge or expeience in supplier merchandising
- Ideally possess experience with brandeds
- Ideally possess experience in cosmetics
