- Support Webex Event and make sure the meetings are running seamlessly.
- Troubleshooting and maintainence the Audio/ Video Systesm
- Handle TAC
- Perform daily system health check for the AV Systems.
- Involved in BAU
- Must have experiences with Video Conferencing and Solutioning.
