Job Responsibilities:
- Support finance activities, including Goods Inward Note (GIN) matching, data entry, and filing.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance Team.
- Participate in finance-related projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) receipt entry for multiple entities.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) related matters.
- Handle other finance-related matters as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and finance principles.
- Experience with basic accounting is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Systematic and efficient in managing filing and database systems.
