Career Opportunity for an IT/Infrastructure Engineer
Our vision
IT software applications including Exchange Online, Azure AD, or a Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure are progressively moved to the Cloud.
With MS Teams, we give the entire structure a framework that forms the central point of contact across all components.
To realize this vision and provide local IT support, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed IT personnel to be resided at our Singapore location.
Your Responsibility
− You are part of our Global IT group and support the Service Helpdesk globally
− Responsible for entire local IT set up, support, maintenance, backup and security
− Troubleshooting and analysis of problems
− Change, incident, request and problem handling according to ITIL standards
− Processing of assigned tickets from BAUMANN international environment
− Work closely with the internal service team as well as our external partners
− Participate in the execution of migrations and upgrades within the M365 platforms
− Assist in the planning, implementation and administration of M365 services such as Exchange Online/onPrem, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive and other components
− Support in the conception and implementation up to the introduction of the projects in all phases for a sustainable operation, including Cloud projects
− Further development of our Digital Workplace vision
Your profile
− Possess a minimum Diploma in IT discipline
− Technical understanding of complex IT landscapes and infrastructures
− Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projects
− Experience in operating Microsoft based server landscapes (MS Server 2012 to 2022)
− Experience in the configuration, implementation and administration of Azure, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune/SCCM and services
− Good understanding of hybrid environments and migration strategies
− Strong knowledge of security and compliance
− Mature and ability to work independently with integrity and honesty
− Good customer and service oriented mindset
− Ability to work in a team
− SAP knowledge is an advantage
− Min. 3 years relevant experience
