Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing of all building material.
- Prepare Budgeting, Cost Analysis
- Liaise with Freight Forwarding Company on shipment arrangement
- Track shipment status and update the relevant colleagues periodically
- Inventory update
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Meticulous
- Good time management
- Able to work independently with min. supervision
- Able to travel to overseas for material inspection trips
- Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)
