Responsibilities
- Conceptualise social media content based on SCCC’s exhibitions, festivals, programmes, research etc. and ascertain the best form of presentation to engage target audience groups.
- Work with internal SCCC teams to understand SCCC’s exhibitions, festivals, programmes, research etc. and ensure alignment with overarching SCCC branding appropriately.
- Guide the consultants (i.e. PR agency, Chinese consultant etc,) in conceptualising and developing content plans, including posting schedules, captions and visuals.
- Evaluate the plans submitted by PR agency and/or external marketing platforms e.g. Mothership, Catch.sg. etc. to ensure alignment with SCCC’s branding and objectives.
- Monitor social media marketing trends and analyse campaign reports.
- Track and report SCCC’s social media marketing key performance indicators to SCCC management.
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or Arts & Social Sciences.
- At least five to seven year of relevant work experience preferably in the arts, culture and/or heritage sector.
- Proficient in design and video editing software e.g. Canva, Adobe, Premiere etc. to create digital assets.
- Technical knowledge of social media dashboards, Google Analytics and website UX/UI etc.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and inter-personal skills.
- Able to work independently and also be a good team player.
- Bilingual (written and spoken) with strong proficiency in Mandarin as the role requires translation work as well as proof-reading of bilingual materials.
