Job Description:
- Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
- Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities
- Assist Project Directors/ Senior Technical Associate on all matters pertaining to design, technical and building code issues
- Site / TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans
- Liaison with clients, consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Revit
- Good knowledge of Singapore By-laws and building regulations
