Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
UI/UX Design:
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers to define project requirements and scope.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience of our digital products.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
