About Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar: Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar is a renowned, fine dining establishment that has been serving authentic Italian cuisine in Singapore since 2003. With a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Office-Based Reservation Agent / Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years experience in a similar role and be able to:
- welcome guests at the restaurant entrance with great energy and mannerism following company SOP.
- able to slot in reservations on the table management system (Chope) from different channels (email, phone calls, sms, chats and walk in)
- able to keep customer records, reports and update them diligently
Job Requirements
- willing to learn new things more than bringing her / his own expertise.
- be organised, helpful and resourceful
- able to communicate well in English (spoken and written)
- team player
