Contract Details:
- Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025
- Option to Extend: Up to 1 year, at the Authority's discretion.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm (inclusive of ½ hr lunch break)
- Fridays: 9:00am to 5:30pm (inclusive of ½ hr lunch break)
- No services required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and maintain school records and databases.
- Compile and analyze statistical data as required.
- Draft correspondences and other written materials.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries.
- Manage the sick bay, including caring for students.
- Oversee inventory of stationery and medical supplies.
- Assist in various administrative areas including finance, procurement, human resources, estate management, and general administration.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting), or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting, or Business-related disciplines.
- GCE “A” or “O” level certificate or equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations).
- ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance.
