Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, plan, forecast, co-ordinate and monitor the assigned phase/project
- Perform overall quality control of the work, safety at work site and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities to project team/subcon
- Communicate effectively within project teams, customers, suppliers and/or subcontractors
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications, project WSH/ISO documentations
- Communication with inter-government agencies
- Attend site meeting and/or survey with relevant agencies for existing projects, and new tender projects
- Estimate material requirements for existing phase/project before commencement of work
- Conduct Safety/site briefing before commencement of phase/project with project team and/or subcon
- Prepare reports for customers and management as and when require
- Prepare relevant documents for phase/project progress claim
- Attend to customer’s complaint
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when require
