Responsibilities
- Lead a team of educators overseeing SCCC’s education programmes that cater to students from pre-school to tertiary levels.
- Conceptualise and develop education content (including digital) based on SCCC’s permanent exhibition, special exhibitions and/or online repository.
- Plan, develop and implement the abovementioned education programmes for primary, secondary and tertiary students.
- Work with MOE counterparts to integrate SCCC’s permanent exhibition content into the school curriculum.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to send marketing and publicity materials to promote SCCC’s education programmes.
- Manage vendors and partners who are delivering SCCC’s education programmes.
- Track and report SCCC’s education key performance indicators to SCCC management.
Requirements
- Background in Education, Business, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications or Chinese Studies.
- At least 8 years of supervisory experience in designing and implementing educational programmes.
- Passion for educating and interacting with children and students.
- Experience in leading a team (preferably in the education field).
- Experience in primary/secondary school curriculum, educational policy and operations will be an added advantage.
- Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication and writing skills.
- Bilingual (written and spoken) with strong proficiency in Mandarin as the role requires developing education materials in Mandarin.
