Job Description
Perform shipping activities from shipment booking with forwarder, processing shipping documents and transact out from inventory after shipment.
Coordinate with Program/Production/Flexhub/FG Warehouse to ensure goods are available for warehouse to process on time to meet OTD to customer.
Pulling in parts from Flexhub to FG Warehouse for shipment.
Proper filing of documents and records to ensure easy retrieval during audits.
Maintaining adequate indirect materials and pull in from suppliers if required.
Work on adhoc duties assigned and OT if required
