We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Contract -Accountant:
- Responsible for full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and analytical review of variances
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules
- Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly cashflow projection
- Prepare annual budget
- Prepare quarterly GST returns, corporate income tax and property tax
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, and external service providers
- Any ad‐hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy & above / ACCA or equivalent
- With at least 3 to 4 years of relevant full sets accounting experience
- Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
- Ability to start work immediately
