1. Provide Desktop support for company employees in the areas of setting up new desktop / laptop for new hires setting up new phone system for new hires Administer the security aspects of Local Area Network Register new users and remove end users who have left the company troubleshooting on behalf of employees when problems areas with email, shared network drives or network connections
2. Managing orders for desktops / laptops and relevant peripherals and maintaining inventory stock of computer accessories, desktops / laptops etc.
3. Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
4. Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in information technology / Engineering or equivalent experience and training in an IT related function
