Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid channels (Google Ads, GDN, Meta, YouTube), display advertising, online advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Translate insights and data into actions. Measure and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights that drive results and overall growth.
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance brand visibility online.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on various marketing campaigns, events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement and credibility.
- Content planning and copywriting for social media platforms such as Meta, IG, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Create headlines, slogans, and body copy for marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Conceptuallize and develop artwork for marketing materials on an ad-hoc basis.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience managing Google Ads accounts with a minimum monthly budget of $10,000; agency experience preferred.
- Strong working experience in Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Meta Ads & Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand development.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in project management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
