Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating stock records
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and POS records
- Distributing or stocking merchandise
- Manage stocks and prepare monthly inventory stock report
- Develop and maintain Supplier/Vendors relationships
- Purchase supply of products
- Determine the lowest cost for products
- Track and record orders
- Analyze market trend
- Prepare online E-commerce order and arrange delivery on time
- Coordinate with management, account and admin team
- Other various tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements and skills
- ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent preferred
- Work experience as an Inventory assistant or similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word & Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with Team member
- Ability to work independently
- Billingual English & Mandarin speaking (required to serve Mandarin speaking customers)
