Accounts Executive

Objective of this role:
Ensuring that the books are maintained accurately, preparation of financial statements in a timely manner and accurately.
Job Description:
• Responsible for full sets of accounts of the Salon / Clinic;
• Responsible for daily operations of cash management and petty cash;
• Support continuous improvement effort in cash management;
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments and claims;
• Prepare timely and accurate daily / weekly / monthly sale reports;
• Keeping a completeness stock records;
• Reconciliation of Inter-Company A/Cs;
• Preparing schedules, posting of journals and assist with financial reports;
• Compliance and timely submission of corporate & income tax filling;
• Assist / Advise on financial management;
• Liaise with internal/external auditors, secretary, tax agents, government association and etc with respect to reporting matters; and
• Perform other tasks / ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements to join us as our Accounts Executive:
• At least 2 years or above working experience (Beauty salon / Clinic) preferably;
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting / Business related or equivalent;
• Possess strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects;
• Bilingual, possess strong verbal and written communications skills (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates);
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Plato and Xero;
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details;
• Must be a team player and also be able to work independently; and
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand cross-cultural business environment
