The successful candidate must possess an all hands-on-deck attitude and recent work experience on Group consolidation. The candidate will need to have technical competency in forecasting/budgeting, group consolidation and statutory reporting in compliance in Singapore financial reporting standards. He/she will be responsible for reporting portfolio which entails preparation of corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, cashflow reporting, and supporting Group Tax on BEPS Pillar 2.0 reporting.
Management accounting for the Group
- Review/Prepare monthly Group consolidated financial reports, with insightful commentaries and analysis of Group performance.
- Coordinate and liaise with various Business Units to consolidate and present monthly Group cashflow.
- Support annual budgets exercise, including engaging various business units and preparation of presentation materials.
- Support BEPS Pillar 2.0 reporting, including working with country Finance teams to assess their potential impact on the company’s global tax position.
Others
- Any other ad-hoc projects.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in preparation of Group consolidated financial and management reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in financial reporting standards and consolidation principles.
- Prior experience in tax compliance and regulations will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
- Experience SAP BPC will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight timelines.
- ISCA/ACCA qualified
