Responsibilities:
- Handle outgoing and incoming remittances accurately and promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate validation of client instructions.
- Conduct professional and friendly client callbacks.
- Handle various tasks such as ad-hoc fund transfers, cheques/cashier orders
- Provide exemplary banking customer service and attend to enquiries from customers
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from management
Requirements:
- Possess Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant branch operations & remittance from banks.
- Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
