- Report to the Project Manager.
- Need experience in Architectural metal works, metal cladding, Ceiling panels, Glass Wall, Glass Railing, Sky lights, Stainless Steel & Aluminium works.
- To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site.
- Lead site teams.
- Need to draw using autocad if any design urgent works.
- Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
- Establish good relationship with all relevant party.
- Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
- Ensure Site required documents are in good order.
- Control the contractors work and quality of work for site in field.
- Measure and Estimate of contractor work and report to Project Manager.
- Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it.
- Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
- Will be responsible for overall project management and delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution.
