Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, experience in managing the finance functions and stakeholder engagement.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in Singaporean regulatory environment.
- Working experience with listed companies and familiarity with SGX
- Strong analytical skills, capital structure oversight, and proven experience in fundraising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with SGX regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Manage company and group treasury, cash flows, and relationships with bankers and liquidity providers.
- Support risk management and internal control systems.
- Prepare financial reports, metrics, and provide strategic financial guidance to CEO, Board of Directors and senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors and audit committee, manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to financial performance and business activities.
