Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries
- Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
- Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date customer records
- Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and any other languages is a plus
- Detail-oriented & fast-learner
- One or more years of middle office support / trade support experience is preferred
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Some administrative/ settlements experience is an advantage
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
