Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)
Location: Bukit Batok (Walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT)
Annual Leave: 14 days + 1 every year (Cap 21 days)

Resposibilities:
- Identify the need, follow the product requirements, and ensure high quality.
- Source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving ways.
- Assist and support in leading all cost-saving and reduction programs and activities.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for contracts and urgent requirements.
- Evaluate and assess suppliers‘ performance to meet company’s requirements.
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities price calculations, discounts, and freight charges before generating and processing purchase orders.
- Follow up on negotiating and applying favorable credit terms, resolving invoicing discrepancies with suppliers, and maintaining the Approved Vendors List.
- Maintain and updates all related documents and data that will support procurements activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to handle General Administration.
- Knowledge of computer software (E.g. word, excel)
