The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily personal and business needs of the Chinese Director and the ideal candidate must be exceedingly well-organized, have strong multitasking skills, think on your feet and enjoy challenges. Attention to detail is as important as keeping an eye on the big picture. Most importantly, be a superb gatekeeper and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The Role:
- Provide personal and business executive administrative support to the Director
- Calendar management includes scheduling/coordination of details for meetings with internal and external contacts
- Managing travel arrangements for personal and business
- Completing and tracking expense reports
- Perform research on various topics as requested.
- Organization and maintenance of information that may be sensitive confidential or technical in nature
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
What you need to succeed:
- Exercise good judgment and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Require translation for Chinese Director and business associates. Reading and speaking proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- Proactive, Professional Attitude and Resouceful
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to work beyond office hours; occasional
The Executive Assistant may work on special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Someone with energy, with a pleasant and upbeat personality and excellent skills.
