Job Scope:
You will work in partnership with the operations management team to continue the engagement plan for aerosol-generating systems (AGS) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of environmental hygiene policies.
- Assist to organise engagement sessions to solicit feedback on amendment of regulations from external and internal stakeholders
- Engage the stakeholders to submit their laboratory results
- Conduct briefings, issue circulars and send mails for outreach
- Work with IT team to resolve IT issues faced by stakeholders
- Assess waiver and partial de-registration requests
- Handle public enquiries
Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
Location: Scotts Road
Contract Period: 4 - 5 months
Salary: $19 - $24/hour
