Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operation activities such as Cashiering, Product-Making, Cleaning duties etc. are carried out according to company guidelines
- Attend to customers promptly with greetings and smiles
- Keep workplace clean and tidy
- Involve in daily opening and closing of the outlet
- Report to the Team Leader on daily operations and any related matters
- Handle Customer Service-related matters
