Job Responsibilities:
- To study structural and architectural drawings, do pre-computation work
- Obtain survey data from Registered Surveyors and Local Authorities
- Update construction drawings for site instructions (M&E, ARCHI, STRUCTURE)
- Coordinate daily work progress with site surveyors
- Prepare for all as-built plan for TOP clearance
- Coordinate with Registered surveyor, consultant, architect to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Perform any other duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree with a major in surveying or qualification in Land or Engineering Surveying, or any other related qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ construction survey experience
- Understanding of survey equipment hardware and software
- Knowledge of machine control functions and settings
- Understanding of accuracy, tolerances, basic QA/QC and essential documentation
- Work effectively with those of diverse backgrounds and organisational levels
- Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
