Qualifications:
a. Professional service related diploma with more than 3 years of teaching experience or a degree in hospitalty with working experience.
b. Candidates with experience in teaching WSQ courses have added advantage.
Diploma In Food & Beverage and Catering Management.
Modules :
a. Food and Beverage Service and Operations.
b. Introduction to Business in Food and Beverage and Catering Industry.
c. Hospitality and Business Communication.
d. Nutrition, Safety, Hygiene and Sanition.
e. Operation Finance in Food and Beverage Management.
2. Culinary Arts
Qualifications:
a. Professional diploma in cooking or baking with 2-3 years of teaching experience or a related degree in hospitality and good working experience.
Diploma in Culinary and Catering Management.
Module :
Gastronomy skills & studies
Able to teach theory and practical on the various topics about culinary arts. Such as in cooking skills, basic pastry skills, food safety and sanitation practices, menu planning, and restaurant management.
Roles and Requirements:
A good track record and enjoy working in a teaching environment.
1. Keep track of lesson schedule to ensure classes are delivered promptly.
2. Handle and maintain assignments and projects on a timely manner.
3. Prepare and update study materials, academic activities , assessment plans and manage classroom resources. Peparing exam including marking test papers.
4. Monitoring attendance and assist in review and improving academic curriculum.
5. Timely intervention and take appropriate measures to improve academic performances of students.
