Roles & Responsibilities
1. Oversee and own all design projects, from conception to delivery
2. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, which represents Gush effectively and positively
3. Propose art direction for design projects
4. Handle photography aspects of design deliverables and videography (if needed)
5. Project manage where necessary
6. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
7. Work with AI software to develop collaterals at scale
8. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products and/or services
9. Increase user friendliness where UI/UX is concerned across digital touch points
10. Collaborate closely with the copywriting executives to deliver on design projects
11. Maintain brand consistency throughout design projects
12. Liaise with the marketing executives to ensure that design projects are fit for purpose
13. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
14. Crystallise marketing execution strategies to realise the company’s business plan.
15. Actively support the Management team in sharpening and articulating the Gush brand and defining the brand value proposition and positioning.
16. Work with the external brand consultant to review and rebrand Gush, if necessary.
17. Drive sales of Gush products through brand value and promotion of the brand.
18 Plan, execute and manage marketing communications including the messaging, platforms and media, timings and collaterals.
19. Undertake webpage development and maintain and refresh the web presence, either internally or through outsourced means.
20. Scan the operating landscape and activities of competitors and keep abreast with consumers’ needs, expectations and buying behaviours to identify marketing opportunities and new customer/market segments.
Requirements
(a) Min. Diploma in Marketing/ Graphic Design/Mass Communications or related
(b) Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on design functions
(c ) Proficient in Adobe Creative suite and Figma
(d) Creative and energetic
(e) Good team-player and take ownership in meeting deadlines
(f) Good communication and influencing skills
