As a Central Procurement, Sales Manager with MHC, you will:
- Establish sales strategies and execute marketing plans to ensure growth of central procurement business to meet monthly/ annual sales target.
- Provide sales analysis and insights on market situations.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve the organization’s sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong business partnership with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop new accounts.
- Maintain an excellent service level.
- Drive transformative improvement in processes and technological improvements for better clinic/ customer/ user journey.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree preferable
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pharma sales experience is a must
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in basic computer applications e.g. Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Possess own transport preferable.
