CLAIMS ADMIN OFFICER

CLAIMS ADMIN OFFICER

Responsibilities

Manage day to day claims operations, ensuring smooth flow of processes and procedures between all parties.

Verify claims from medical centres/hospitals and pilgrims

Submit claims to insurance underwriters

Keep track of claims and submit weekly reports

Manage external and internal communications to ensure consistency in dissemination of information

Ensure high service quality to meet patients/pilgrims’ needs

Coordinate and support administrative duties

Ad-hoc admin work as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Business or equivalent

Min 1 year relevant with working experience in insurance or medical/healthcare industry

Fresh graduate may apply

Proficient in MS Excel

Meticulous and keen in details

Able to communicate in Malay and Arabic will be an advantage

Salary up to $2,500 depending on qualification and experience

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm
