Overview:
The Communication Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating engaging content. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and effective communication across all platforms. Additionally, to plan and manage various events, handling logistics and vendor coordination to ensure successful execution.
Job Description:
1. Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Execute communication strategies for marketing campaigns and optimize engagement on social media channels and digital platforms.
- Assists in the management of digital and social media channels. Eg. FB, LinkedIn etc., content creation and line-up such as videos, visuals, other multimedia content.
- Work and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints and achieve timely execution and effective outcomes.
- Create and coordinate compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, e-newsletters and digital content, editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals.
2. Event Panning and Management:
- Planning and coordinate myriad of events, such as: conferences, webinars and workshops.
- To manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor coordination and attendee registration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and event planning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Specifications:
- 3 days work-week, 8hours/ day
- Part-time contract role.
