Chef de Cuisine (Restaurant)

Job Description

· Prepares all raw cooking materials and other required products.

· Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures that portioning is correct.

· Stores all raw food materials according to the standards.

· Ensures that all hygiene standards are observed when preparing the food materials.

· To follow and enforce food hygiene at all times.

· Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.

. Carry out any other duties as required by management.

· Assist in the development of menu items

· Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in good condition

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed


Requirements:

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

· Team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details

· Honest willingness to learn and grow with the Company

· Has the ability to work independently and must be able to provide quick resolution to daily issues faced on the ground
