Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet sales/market share targets
- Oversee brand strategy, market research, communication strategy, media planning, and promotion strategy
- Drive marketing campaigns, manage A&P budgeting, and monitor brand health indicators
- Manage brand communications across various channels (ATL, TTL)
- Maintain key relationships with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market and consumer research to respond to trends and gain insights
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including project management and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Sales teams
- Advocate for the brand internally
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management (F&B/Beverage/FMCG industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and presentation)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent business acumen and market understanding
