Objective
Ensure successful implementation of the tactical 5 year plan.
Responsibilities
1. Support conceptual development of tactical 5 year plan
- Assist the conceptual development by performing strategic analyses, preparation of meetings and presentations and taking over project management tasks
- Preparation of detailed action plan (eg structured key account plan)
- Coordinate communication and input collection with selected sub-region(s) as required
2. Communication
- Coordination of the preparation of communication packages for organizational changes
- Preparation of internal communication including materials
3. Development & execution of workshops
- Development of concept for required workshops in sub-regions
- Lead preparation and execution of workshops
4. Governance system
- Development and roll-out of governance system to enable transparent tracking of implementation status
5. Support sub-regions by leading selected initiatives
- Ownership of selected actions as required to support sub-regions
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: Master‘s in business management or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in strategic roles or consulting
- Profound knowledge of channel management, key account planning and the chemical industry
- Demonstrated project management skills in a multinational setting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex projects
- Good stakeholder management across hierarchies
