about the job
In this role, you will be working closely with another EA to provide superb secretarial and administrative support to a group of C-suite leaders. You will be expected to manage their calendars and ensure that tasks and appointments stay updated and relevant to the priorities and schedule of the leaders, including recurring management and team meetings. You will need to help prepare, compile and proofread presentation slides for meetings, as well as to coordinate travel arrangements and process expense claims for your leader.

You will be reporting to a Senior EA, who leads the team of 2 EAs.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 7 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably supporting top leaders in the banking and finance industry. You will need to be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office and have excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, along with the ability to keep on top of your tasks and stay a few steps ahead of your leader’s schedule, will contribute to your success in this role.
