Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Architectural Coordinator, he/she will act as the Lead Coordinator of the design team, coordinate all architectural works, and be responsible for leading a team of architectural draftspersons.
- Prepare and coordinate Architectural services drawing for building construction
- Ensure drawings produced by the drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to consultants /contractors/sub-consultants
- Identify shop drawing discrepancies, buildability, and impact on different disciplines.
- Relate design intent from architect/design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing.
- Ensure design intent on critical dimensions is highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
- Liaise with the architect, design consultant, contractors, and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
- Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
- Review and update architectural shop drawings and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Architecture
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
