Core Responsibilities:
- To support the HOD in the following areas:
- Manage governance requirements with external stakeholders to ensure all necessary compliance is met.
- Research potential donors to gain insight into needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position SMACF to them and cultivate new corporate donors.
- Deliver presentations to promote the work of SMACF and its fundraising events and activities.
- Lead and coordinate donor and beneficiary outreach events.
- Provide support for collaborative fundraising with corporate partners including giving advice on fundraising and attending events.
- Develop and design fundraising materials including proposals, reports, donation appeals, sponsorship packages, and publicity of events.
- Identify, develop and implement innovative fundraising activities including leveraging on technology and social media where possible, to improve fundraising activities.
- Maintain the SMACF website (https://sma.org.sg/page/about-sma-charity-fund) and ensure information is kept up-to-date.
Other Responsibilities:
- Participate and assist with any other SMA events and activities as and when required.
- Any other responsibilities as required by the Board of Directors, SMA Charity Fund; and the Chief Administrator.
