Job Description:
- Manage cross-functional strategic projects under the Chief of Staff’s guidance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on key projects
- Provide high-level support to the Chief of Staff, including managing the setting and tracking of OKRs, structuring and streamlining project management processes within the company, and monitoring key business metrics to facilitate decision-making and reporting to investors and the Board
- Assist in various operations within the Founders’ Office, including leadership meetings, Company Round-Ups, and organisation-wide process improvements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required (no 2 days are the same!)
Job Requirement:
- Good Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or other relevant fields
- Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and comfortable with technology
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Responsible, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes
