Sales and Operation Manager

This position supports director in overseeing our warehouse retail operations, live bidding events, and online platform sales. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to drive sales growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels.


Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1.Achieve a thorough understanding of company products and operational workflows. Analyze and grasp the dynamics of the warehouse retail sales industry and online sales across platforms. Perform competitor research to assess their strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and market positioning. Utilize findings to pinpoint competitive advantages and opportunities for differentiation.

2.Acquainted with essential operational processes, warehouse workflows, and logistics. Optimize inventory management and stock availability through effective relationship management. Supervise sorting and dispatching to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment processes. Deploy strategies to improve workflow efficiency and sustain productivity levels.

3.Maintain accurate documentation of inventory levels and stock movements. Supervise the layout and organization of warehouse space to enhance efficiency in storing and retrieving stock. Implement processes that facilitate efficient stock management to optimize overall operational efficiency. Ensure clear identification and accessibility of items to streamline operations and improve inventory control.

4. Identify key factors that impact sales outcomes and customer behavior. Create compelling promotional strategies informed by sales analysis findings. Execute tailored sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and meeting sales objectives effectively.

5.Achieve superior customer satisfaction through outstanding service and support. Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly to enrich the customer experience. Foster and sustain enduring customer relationships by understanding their preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior
