Job Description
You will be working closely with the hospital’s senior management and engages staff at different levels to drive strategic planning and execution. This includes assisting in matters pertaining to corporate planning, performance management and other strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support in hospital-wide corporate planning and engage with stakeholders from various AH departments, especially during the yearly workplan cycle
- Support in reviewing, monitoring, and driving hospital performance using dashboards.
- Support in delivering data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Support in delivering other strategic initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with experience working in Corporate Planning or Data Analysis
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Power point, Word) is highly recommended, knowledge of any support tools (Tableau, etc) is a bonus.
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment.
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership – internal and external stakeholders.
- Resourceful & adaptable, especially when required to navigate ambiguity, work with multiple stakeholders, & carry out change management.
- Good analytical and organisational skills
