Job Description
The purpose of this role is to drive and increase revenue generated from events, through increasing local awareness and targeted lead generation. This is a full-time position based in the Singapore office. Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.
- Responsible for achieving events’ KPI targets including sales revenue within
- assigned marketing budgets.
- Plan and execute webinars & in-person marketing events, seminars and public relations activities based on timeliness and sales forecasts.
- Develop experiential marketing strategies and channels.
- Liaise with the local sales team to track the sales funnel and receive feedback toensure that the ongoing marketing activities are bringing in sales opportunities.
- Work with the regional and global marketing & product teams in providing feedback on market trends and initiatives to improve revenue.
- Responsible for organizing events or camps at partner schools.
- Work closely with the sales team to create effective pitching.
- Analyze market trends and relevant data on the key competitors' marketing activities.
- Track results from events and summarize relevant KPIs.
- Oversee the production of all event marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media.
- Coordinate with suppliers for event logistics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing and/or industry experience
- Creative thinking and project management skills - You love exploring new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time
- Impeccable communications and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of the Singapore market and local marketing scene
- High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of the US/UK university admission process will be an advantage
