About Soarability
Soarability believes that environmental big data with ultra-high spatial-temporal resolutions lays the foundation for people to make informed decisions. Since its foundation, Soarability has focused on developing class-leading environmental mobile sensing solutions for hazardous gases and greenhouse gases (GHG), bringing ultra-high-spatial-resolution environmental data within reach. Our current product portfolio includes both ground-based and UAV-based sensors.
Soarability recently set up its HQ in Singapore and is currently seeking for talented individuals to join our growing team as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of environmental sensing technology.
The Role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various projects within our startup, such as renovation inspections and assisting with operational activities. This role involves working closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines.
- Schedule and conduct project meetings and preparing agendas.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Assist with the moving into the new office, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections and follow up on any required actions or corrections.
- Help set up operational infrastructure, including office layout, IT equipment, and other necessary facilities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and external vendors.
- Communicate project requirements and updates effectively to all stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to team members.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes in project management.
Logistics and Coordination:
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Assist with the logistical aspects of setting up new operations and facilities.
- Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as required to support the successful completion of projects.
We are finding someone who...
- Has a "will do whatever it takes to get the task done" mindset (of course, not breaching the law)
- Has strong ownership of projects
- Has a couple of years experience in project coordination, within a startup or fast-paced environment
- Has the ability to multitask
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has successfully executed projects using frameworks such as Scrum
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders from the China team
Good to have skillsets
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
