Roles and Responsibilities
· To administer student admission and enrolment processes and to ensure it is in full compliance to the requirements of the governing bodies of Singapore and School
· To process Student Pass applications for international applicants
· To manage student enrolment database and progression & attrition records
· To assist in data analysis and internal quality audits;
· To collaborate with other departments to provide services to current students to enrich their learning experience in Singapore
· To provide general administrative management and support
Requirements
· Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience.
· Prior experience in a private educational institution would be advantageous
· Effectively bilingual in order to liaise with multilingual speaking parents and students.
· Team player, meticulous and organized
· Computer literate
