Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining full set of accounts, assist and cooperate with account dept from parent company in China.
- Prepare payments, and ensure accounting records are prepared in accordance to the statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly journals, schedules, accruals and prepayments, bank reconciliation.
- Assist in quarterly GST submission.
- Assist in year-end audit and tax.
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
- Other ad-hoc accounts and administrative related works when assigned.
Qualifications
- Good command at spoken and written of both Chinese and English.
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
- Ability to commence work in short notice.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
工作职责

3. 准备月度日记帐、时间表、应计费用和预付款、银行往来调节表。
4. 协助提交季度消费税。
5. 协助年终审计和税务。
6. 与海外各方银行、外部审计师和税务代理人协调和联络。
7. 分配的其他临时帐户和行政相关工作。
任职资格
1. 良好的中英文口语和书写能力。
2. 会计/ ACCA 最低文凭/学位或同等学历。
3. 能够在短时间内开始工作。
