Front Desk Executive - Receptionist

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of messages to selective divisions.
  • Responsible for onboarding process for new employees such as photo-taking & process employee card access.
  • To receive/inform respective client employees including co-ordination & guide visitors accordingly.
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Facilities Management Team
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations on behalf of the client.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movement such as resignees & new joiners of the organization etc.
  • Assist with the Goods Receipt
  • Able to manage & provide assistance to user when required with their expectations and requirements.
  • Ad-hoc assistance on season parking matters for users
  • Assist in assigning phone extensions to employees
  • To ensure & coordinate pantry/stationery supplies are always in stock.

  • Strong communicator with good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language)
  • Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness on confidential matters.
