Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of messages to selective divisions.
- Responsible for onboarding process for new employees such as photo-taking & process employee card access.
- To receive/inform respective client employees including co-ordination & guide visitors accordingly.
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Facilities Management Team
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations on behalf of the client.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movement such as resignees & new joiners of the organization etc.
- Assist with the Goods Receipt
- Able to manage & provide assistance to user when required with their expectations and requirements.
- Ad-hoc assistance on season parking matters for users
- Assist in assigning phone extensions to employees
- To ensure & coordinate pantry/stationery supplies are always in stock.
