Material Control Tasks:
- Handle the receipt of incoming materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to production staging areas.
- Store materials and manage production returns.
- Transfer finished goods to an external warehouse.
- Dispose of outdated materials.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
Material Logistic Tasks:
- Manage the transfer of incoming materials.
- Monitor the estimated time of arrival for inbound materials and escalate delays.
- Plan and execute the logistics for outbound materials.
Other Tasks:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Participate in 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities.
- Conduct self-inspections.
- Take inventory of consumables and issue purchase orders for replenishment.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials and prepare safety risk management plans.
- Engage in projects aimed at improving processes.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma / NITEC
- Experience in material control and logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
